Posters
If you let me know in advance, I can provide the poster board for its backing at registration on July 24.
Regarding the actual poster, you might find this site helpful

Overall Poster size should be anywhere
from 22in x 28 inches or 72 cm x 56 cm

Buses
We anticipate the following schedule for buses from Verona Airport directly to Trento (THERE COULD BE A FEW CHANGES; THESE BUSES ARE FREE, WE ARE ABSORBING THE COSTS).


Note THESE BUSES ARE ONLY FOR THE PARTICIPANTS ARRIVING AT THE VERONA AIRPORT. If you are flying into Milan or Venice, take the train to Verona and then switch to the north bound train to Trento; DO NOT come to the Verona airport, it is a waste of your time..

There are 3 arrival and departure stops in Trento (THIS IS NOT NECESSARILY THE ORDER OF ARRIVAL, listen for the announcements)
