Sigrid Müller

Sigrid Müller is a native German and a European by lived experience, teaching Moral Theology at the Catholic Theological Faculty of the University of Vienna in Austria. Her research covers the history of moral theology, with an emphasis on Late Medieval (“nominalist”) developments in moral theory and their importance for today’s discussions, as well as fundamental questions of moral theology in relationship to current ethical discussions, and ethical questions raised by current technological developments. Together with Dr. Slavomír Dlugoš, she has co-founded the Association of Bioethicists in Central Europe, and, with Stephan Goertz, she is co-editing the new book series of “Studien der Moraltheologie”.
